KnowLedge Asset Management is a niche organisation designed to assist asset and infrastructure owners and managers with the exclusive collection of data and information pertaining to their portfolio.
KnowLedge provides asset management services that presents an option to “remove the gap” that can often occur with many contractors. We work closely in a partnership approach with our clients to understand their needs around asset register clarification, condition inspections and defect identification.
How we work

Our inspectors attend site, measure and condition-rate each asset, and photograph defects as they go.
Collected data is cleansed, checked for consistency and structured to suit the system you already use.
You receive a full asset register with condition ratings, defects, photographs and replacement costs.
