KnowLedge provides asset management services that presents an option to “remove the gap” that can often occur with many contractors. We work closely in a b2b approach with our clients to understand their needs around asset register clarification, condition inspections and defect identification.

Open Spaces Package
Our open space product consists of the collection/identification of outdoor assets and generating a robust asset register. We offer a base package dependent on size with optional add-ons.
Level 1 Valuations & Level 2 room by room capture
Building Data Package
Our Level 1 offering is our valuation data inclusive of 19 building components rated on a scale of 1-5, defects and building images. Our Level 2 product is a much more detailed room by room assessment. Both these services include on-site inspections, defects, a full asset register and building photographs.
Roads, Footpaths, Kerb and Gutters, Signs
Roads & Footpaths Package
Our Roads & Footpaths package includes the inspection of road surface quality, gutters, laybacks and optional street lighting and relevant signage.
